Return and Exchange Policy
Product warranty:
If the product itself is defective or the new product is defective due to the shipping process, it can be replaced with a new product within 7 days of arrival.
Refund Policy:
After you have contacted our customer service, please pack the product you want to return in the original delivery box and wait for the logistics driver to pick up the product.
If the product itself is defective or the new product is defective due to the shipping process, we will be fully responsible for the return shipping cost.
If there is a need to return (exchange) goods due to personal factors, the shipping costs for returning the goods to our company will be borne by the customer.
If a refund is required, you need to provide detailed refund account name, account number and other information to the customer service staff. The refund will be completed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods, and you will be notified simultaneously for payment confirmation.
Precautions:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to wait for seven days before the goods arrive. However, the returned goods must be in brand new condition and fully packaged (maintain the integrity of the goods, accessories, packaging, manufacturer's cartons and all accompanying documents or information), otherwise the good will not be accepted.
